By using CropKaro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
CropKaro offers free online tools to crop cards, straighten document photos and prepare passport photos for printing on A4. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time.
2. Your files and your responsibility
You are responsible for the files you open and for what you do with the output. Use only documents that belong to you or that you have permission to use. Do not use the site to create false, altered or misleading documents, or for anything unlawful. How an office, bank or institution treats a printed copy is up to that organisation; we cannot promise that any output will be accepted.
3. No accounts
The site does not need or offer an account. Your files stay in your own browser.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, overload or probe the site or its servers.
- Do not use automated tools to send large numbers of requests.
- Do not send spam or harmful content through the contact links.
5. Ownership
The site’s design, text and code belong to its owner. Your files stay yours; we claim no rights over them.
6. No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”. Detection, cropping and printing results can vary with the quality of the file, your browser and your printer, so please check the preview and a test print before you rely on a result.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site, including lost files, rejected documents or printing costs.
8. Advertising and third-party links
The site may show advertisements (for example through Google AdSense) and may link to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
