About CropKaro

CropKaro is a free website that helps you turn a PDF or a photo of a card or paper into a clean, correctly sized print on an A4 sheet. It was built for everyday jobs that many people in India run into: printing both sides of a card on one page, straightening a photo of a document taken with a phone, or filling a sheet with passport-size photos.

What you can do here

• Card crop: open a PDF or photo, mark the front and back of a card, and print card-size copies (85.6 × 54 mm or 92 × 58 mm) on A4, or download the page as a PDF.
• Document scanner: mark the four corners of a paper in a photo, straighten it, and arrange one or more documents on a single A4 page.
• Passport photos: choose a photo size, choose how many copies you want, and print them together on A4.
• PDF tools: merge PDF files, split a PDF, turn pictures into a PDF or save PDF pages as JPG.

You can see each tool in detail on the Tools page, and step-by-step help (in simple Hindi) is available in our Guides.

How your files are handled

Your PDFs and photos are opened and processed inside your own browser. They are not uploaded to our servers. The History list, if you use it, is kept in your browser on your device. There is no account or login. See our Privacy Policy.

Why this site exists

Many free tools online ask you to upload a personal ID to a server, show confusing pages, or give a blurry result. CropKaro aims to be simple, fast and respectful of your documents. It is an independent project and is improved step by step based on the messages we receive.

Important notice

CropKaro is not affiliated with UIDAI, the Government of India or any government body. Names such as Aadhaar or PAN are used only to describe the kind of document a person may want to print. Please read our Disclaimer and Terms.
